How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@mydanbi.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return (or approve a refund without return for opened products), your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used beyond a reasonable trial amount. However, we may still offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@mydanbi.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
