Processing Time

Each Danbi product is made to order with care. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate within the United States.

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 and for all active subscribers.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days within the continental United States. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@mydanbi.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.
